About Chef Sara
My name is Sara Pardo, I’m a passionate young chef, who loves to make people happy with food.
I was born in Costa Rica, but all my family is from Spain.
My parents had a restaurant for 27 years In Montezuma Costa Rica, where I worked every holiday since high school. I’ve always been surrounded by food.
That is why I have a special way of seeing gastronomy, with Latin & Mediterranean influences.
Since I was a little girl I fell in love with baking, and I knew at a very young age that I wanted to be a chef, with pastry being my joy.
In 2021 I graduated university with a 4 year bachelor’s degree in gastronomy at Universidad Latina de Costa Rica. With a Cordon Bleu diploma...
