Sara cooked 2 delicious meals for us. The first was so good that we arranged to have her prepare a second dinner. Both were delicious and expertly presented.
We loved how she told us about each course and used local Costa Rican ingredients and recipes.

Our trip to Costa Elena in April of 2024 did not disappoint! We thoroughly enjoyed our home in Costa Elena, compliments of the Horners!
Our group of six adults were most impressed by the lovely Chef Sara Pardo! We experienced a culinary delight one evening during our stay. Her food was exceptional.
We began with a beautifully presented ceviche, followed by a shrimp entree dinner and a silky flan and whipped cream dessert. Her demeanor was so professional and her introductions of each course were very helpful to us diners. Her bubbly attitude made us all feel so relaxed and pampered.

Sara joined us for the last night of our amazing family vacation. She prepared a beautiful and delicious meal including fantastic sangria and the best paella I’ve ever tasted in any country.
